What Is a DNS?
Fastest DNS Servers which is also referred to as Domain Name System which can affect gaming by blocking malicious websites, certainly this will allow you to enjoy a smooth gaming experience.
Now that we know what a DNS is, lets get on the subject of using it!
Step 1
Quickly go to Settings-Network and then we need to test the connection so we can compare the differences before and after applying the DNS servers.
Step 2
Now that we have the knowledge of how much the speeds were simply go back and go to Set Up Internet Connection. If you are connected to LAN Cable then go to Use a LAN Cable and if you are using a wireless Wi-Fi then go to Use Wi-Fi, since both don't make a difference to each other when choosing it to be manual. Whichever you are on between Wi-Fi or LAN Cable simply go to Custom and then choose the IP Address Settings to be Automatic which will then take you to DHCP Host Name where your going to choose Do Not Specify and then you'll finally be in the DNS Settings.
Step 3
The DNS Settings is where you are going to choose Manual.
Two things will then appear which are:
Primary DNS
Secondary DNS
which are both set to 0.0.0.0
Down below, am going to give you the fastest servers to use and give advice on.

Google: 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
Google Public DNS promises three core benefits: a faster browsing experience, improved security, and accurate results without redirects. Google can achieve fast speeds with its public DNS servers because they're hosted in data centers all around the world, meaning that when you attempt to access a web page using the IP addresses above, you're directed to a server that's nearest to you. In addition to traditional DNS over UDP/TCP, Google provides DNS over HTTPS (DoH) and TLS (DoT).
